This industrial gate valve delivers straight-through low-resistance flow, bubble-tight bi-directional sealing and handwheel flexible operation. 
It reaches Class VI zero leakage standard and has passed CE certification. It fits water, oil, steam and chemical pipeline systems, with a long stable service life. Moreover, we supply WCB/SS304/SS316L material options and multiple connection types to match your requirements.

Class VI Zero Leakage for Cement Tank Discharge 
Body conforms to GB/T 13927-2022 Class VI zero leakage standard with leakage down to 0.01 mL/min. Precision hard sealing stops cement powder seepage and air loss for stable tank & pneumatic system sealing, and the sealing structure delivers superior erosion resistance after simulated cement unloading pressure tests, maintaining zero leakage under static pressure, frequent switching and dry powder scouring to avoid dust escape and pipeline pressure drop.
Long-lasting Industrial Performance for Heavy Use 
The valve has passed 1,000,000 open-close cycle tests, with hardened wear-resistant sealing discs resisting cement abrasion and particle friction to prevent jamming or sealing attenuation during long-term frequent operation. The high-hardness scratch-proof sealing surface is tailored for dusty high-switch tank bottom working conditions, preventing material backflow and air leakage to support all-weather outdoor heavy unloading and reduce maintenance as well as downtime costs.
