BUTTERFLY VALVE

This sanitary butterfly valve delivers zero dead-angle flow, bubble-tight sealing and quick duck-handle operation. 
It reaches Class VI zero leakage standard and has passed 3A & CE certification. It fits dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and purified water pipeline systems, with a 1,000,000-cycle service life. Moreover, we supply SS304/SS316L material options and multiple connection types to match your requirements.

Lever Handle Wafer Butterfly Valve

Compact Body 
This wafer butterfly valve features an ultra-thin one-piece cast body with lightweight design, minimizing space occupation during pipeline installation. It can be mounted directly between two pipe flanges without extra connecting flanges.
Wafer Connection 
Standard lug-type wafer structure is fixed by two matched pipe flanges, enabling fast installation and removal. It matches mainstream flange standards, applicable to water supply, HVAC and ordinary industrial fluid pipelines.
Manual Lever Operation 
Ergonomic curved lever comes with position locking structure, allowing free adjustment of opening angle from 0° to 90°. No auxiliary actuator is needed, cutting operating costs for low-cycle switching scenarios.

Compact Body 
Thin integral cast iron body with anti-corrosion epoxy coating takes up limited mounting space. Integrated casting delivers stable mechanical performance for all fluid transmission pipelines.
Wafer Connection 
4-lug wafer structure bears uniform stress after flange clamping and provides reliable centering performance, widely compatible with GB and ANSI standard pipe flanges.
Gear Handwheel Operation 
Gearbox handwheel drive reduces operating force significantly. Built-in self-locking mechanism maintains any preset opening angle, ideal for medium and large bore valves requiring frequent precise flow regulation.
